With over 50 women-led businesses participating, the 2023 P.O.W.E.R. Plates campaign raised over $20,000 for Louisiana Hospitality Foundation

P.O.W.E.R. Plates is a month-long celebration of women in hospitality produced by Fidelity Bank's P.OW.E.R. Program. P.O.W.E.R. Plates' goal is to raise awareness of, and drive business to, women-led restaurants in the New Orleans & Baton Rouge region. Women-led restaurants, bars, hotels and Fidelity Bank P.O.W.E.R. members from across the region can participate to benefit the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation (LHF) which supports Louisiana's hospitality industry workers in crisis through emergency relief funding.
